United Marketing Group is an affinity marketing company.  That means we market club membership and merchandise programs and services to the customers of leading financial institutions, retailers and etailers.  These institutions, including numerous Fortune 500 companies trust us to do the right thing for their customers.  Many of our Partners have worked with us for 10 - 20 years.  They stay with us because they know how seriously we take customer service.  It is our No. 1 priority!

In affinity and Partnership marketing, great customer service is all about repeat customers - bringing customers back for repeat purchases at our Partners' core business and making sure they are happy.  We learned early on that it is easy to sell anything to anyone once.  But your approach to customer service determines whether or not you'll ever be able to sell to that person again.

Providing great customer service is a pretty simple thing to do.  All you have to do is make sure your entire business is designed to make things easy for your customers.  Pretty easy, huh?
